Cancellations will be honored with a full refund before July 30th, 2025. A 75% refund will be given up to and including September 30th, 2025. No refunds will be given after September 30th, 2025. Registrations arriving after September 30th, 2025, are non-refundable, and our group room rate is not guaranteed. No credits or refunds will be given for "no-shows."
