Cancellations will be honored with a full refund through July 1st, 2026. A 75% refund will be given up to and including September 1st, 2026. No refunds will be given after September 1st, 2026. Registrations arriving after September 1st, 2026, are non-refundable, and our group room rate is not guaranteed. No credits or refunds will be given for "no-shows."
