Cancellations will be honored with a full refund before July 25th, 2024. A 75% refund will be given up to and including September 25th, 2024. No refunds will be given after September 25th, 2024. Registrations arriving after September 25th, 2024, are non-refundable, and our group room rate is not guaranteed. No credits or refunds will be given for "no-shows."
